3. Accuracy of Calculations and Disclaimer

Sushera provides utility tools, including financial and technical calculators, strictly for informational and educational purposes.

  • No Financial Advice: Our financial tools (EMI, SIP, GST, etc.) provide estimates. They are not a substitute for professional financial advice. We do not guarantee that the figures generated will exactly match those provided by financial institutions.
  • No Technical Warranty: While we strive for accuracy, developer tools (encoders, formatters, hash generators) may occasionally contain bugs. You are solely responsible for verifying the output before utilizing it in production environments.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its original content (excluding user-provided input data), features, functionality, and design elements are and will remain the exclusive property of Sushera and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Sushera.

Our Site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Sushera.

Sushera has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Sushera shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

In no event shall Sushera, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.
